By purchasing this course, the student agrees to the following terms:

    All course videos, documents, templates, and written materials are protected by copyright. Students may not share, reproduce, distribute, resell, publish, or transfer any part of the course content to any third party.

  2. Template & Attachment Restrictions
    Any downloadable attachments, templates, or forms provided within the course are for the purchasing student’s personal use only. They may not be copied, reposted, reproduced, or used for resale or redistribution in any manner.

  3. Refund Policy

    • Once attachments/templates have been downloaded or accessed, the course becomes fully non-refundable.

    • If attachments/templates have not been accessed, the course is partially refundable within the first 24 hours after enrollment.

    • After 24 hours, or after accessing the templates, no refunds will be issued.

  4. Liability Disclaimer
    The course author and company assume no liability for any misinterpretation, misuse, or improper application of the information provided within the course.

  5. Consultation Policy
    Each student receives a complimentary 20-minute phone consultation with the course author.
    Any additional time beyond the initial 20 minutes will be billed at $49 per additional 20-minute session.
